August

 This month has been busy, but not just with author stuff. I have gone down to see my youngest child 3 times this month. I also went to see some friends in Indiana, which was exciting. I have also been writing on a few diffrent stories. I am getting things together for an author sining event next month.

 

 I will start with the first trip to see my youngest, it was the first weekend of the month. We went down to help them move from one dorm to the another. It took us a full day to get them moved in. the second was to take them their new trike and bring their old one back up here. this trip we wer taking their printer down as well but we forgot it. This last trip was due to the fact we forgot the printer. Each trip we had lunch with them and helped to put together somethings they needed help with. We enjoy seeing our child, and i am happy we still get to do these trips.

 In between our first and second trip to see our youingest we made the trip to Indiana for an author signing event. it was one of the few time we went to one as readers. Afew of my author friends where there and it was the first time we all met in person. We stayed for a few hours before we headed home. It was so much fun seeing them.

 

 I have been writing on the Dire wolf story, that one will more then likely the longest book I am writing. But my muse has decided I need to write a fantasy story and a story written as if its a radio serial. I know some of this is from the Hold My Pen Promptcast and some from the encouragement from everyone in my life. I have well over 100 works in progress. I hope I never run out of ideas.

 

 I am going to be at Lexingtom Legendary Book Bash in Lexington KY. I will be there with hunreds of authors and book related vendors. I have been slowly gathering copies of my books, swag, and anything else I can think of. I will be reorganizing my towers (they are tool things I repreposed for my books, swag, and little things I need for events) so I can get Lovebug's Story books and stuff to fit. This event is only a few weeks away, I am so excited.

 

 I am hoping to get alot more writing done before we leave for KY. So I guess I better get back to work.
